Held at the L-PRES Veterinary Hospital facility in Akwuke, Enugu, the commissioning ceremony commenced with the recitation of the National Anthem and an opening prayer, setting a formal and unifying tone. The Master of Ceremony introduced an impressive array of dignitaries, including Dr. Sanusi Abubakar (National Project Coordinator), Dr. Chidozie Anyiro (World Bank Co-Task Leader), Dr. Ifenyinwa Elizabeth Nnajieze (State Project Coordinator), Dr. Ilo Joseph Chidi (representing the National President of the Nigeria Veterinary Medical Association), Alhaji Sani Nnaji (MD/CEO, Ugwu Anama Farm Ltd.), Prof. Emeka Nze (Vice Chancellor, Enugu State University of Science and Technology), Mike Ogbuekwe (Special Personal Assistant), Barr.
